journaling inspiration session

A joyful journaling journey (6 May)

During these trying times, it can be difficult to structure your days and to stay up to date with everything you need to do.

Have you ever tried journaling? Or would you like to?

Join us during the inspiration session about journaling, where we discuss the benefits of journaling, how it could help you get an overview of your days and aid you in gaining insights, and remember things better and longer.

Journaling can be approached in various ways. Some people like being creative in their journals, while others purely use it to keep track of their tasks and notes. During the session, various approaches will be explained in parallel mini workshops.

Yan Siegers will be talking about taking notes effectively. Romy Krist will cover creative planners, and Iris Assen will discuss realistic day planning.

We hope to see you on Wednesday to join in for this interactive inspiration session! The session will be held in Blackboard Collaborate. Click here for entrance.

Reminds me of the Future auditing program which I’ve been a fan of. I’ve seen the context of writing down what has happened and what your expectations for the future is as a meditative alternative to praying.
