The past weeks you thought about what you want to be able to do or know at the end, and how you want to get there. At some point, someone will have to assess whether or not you are where you wanted to be, and whether the process is still heading you in the desired direction or not. Have you met your own requirements, or (partly) not? Who can judge about this better than yourself? This is why self assessment is an important instrument within X-Honours and in student’s portfolio’s. Self assessment will be this week’s topic for the onboarding programme.
For advanced students, the programme may differ per location. The advanced students in Leeuwarden will have a session with X-Honours student Bas Bunder about project management, as a continuation of previous sessions.
