In some countries, common interests take precedence over individual interests, government interference is valued differently, religion and faith have a huge impact on daily life, opportunities for men and women are diverse, minority groups may or may not be seen and recognized. What in the world makes it that various, more or less universal phenomena are interpreted differently?
