Theory U is a process model for renewal and transformation of individuals and organizations. It is a methodology that makes people aware of their way of changing and provides tools for developing creative (personal) leadership. The U in theory U says it all: the method is personal and brings deepening. Instead of automatic action, it broadens perception and transforms identity for new structure, processes or culture. This process takes roughly 3 steps. The result is sustainable, creative and prepares you for the future.
In this week´s X-Honours inspiration session, Maurits Brans, a colleague of the UaS Amsterdam honours programme, will introduce Theory U by giving a workshop consisting of a brief introduction and an interactive part in smaller groups.
All students from NHL Stenden are welcome to join this session. It will be casted in Blackboard Collaborate, starting at 14.30 hrs. You can ‘walk in’ 15 minutes earlier and have a chat if you like.
