This week Wednesday we will go on a journey into the world of personal leadership again. It’s one of the pillars of X-Honours, but what is it and why does it matter? How can you use it in your personal development plan and of course, during the course of the entire X-Honours programme?
This week you will dive into the world of leadership by discovering the Belbin a bit more. We’ll play a game which will give you more of a understanding of how to work in a group: what roles do we have, which roles do you see, what happens, what goes well and what could go better? These are some of the questions and observations you will work with this week.
Let’s discover the meaning of ‘personal leadership’ together.
