Do you recognise the feeling of having no energy at all starting your day or week on Monday morning? A voice telling you to stay in bed a little longer? The mood of doing nothing at all. In the times of Covid-19 it can be even harder motivating yourself to study on your own and – most of the time – online behind your computer screen.
In this inspirational session Mariska and Anne Bart de Vries, owners of The Unit Strength & Conditioning, will give us useful insights in a healthy lifestyle, mindset and sports as well as take us away into their personal story of starting their own company, managing struggles in life and getting the most out of themselves through inspiration, motivation and dedication.
If you like, you can put your comfortable / sports clothes on for doing some exercises together.
Please note that this week there is a different timetable than regularly. All students from NHL Stenden are welcome to join this session. It will be casted on Blackboard Collaborate, starting at 11:00 hrs. You can ‘walk in’ 15 minutes earlier and have a chat if you like.
