About value driven behaviour and showcases
As we’re approaching the end of the year, we often take stock of how the year was us. What made you happy? What are some things you can improve about yourself or your life to make it even better? What motivates you to do your best? What do you value most in your life?
The answers to these questions depend on who you are, your background and your values in life. In this week’s session for the onboarding students, we are going to look at our values. Together, we’ll explore which values you have and how you can choose projects that are in line with your beliefs and values.
We’re not only looking back, we’re also looking ahead! Your onboarding is almost done and you are ready to move on to the advanced phase. You will round off the onboarding by doing a showcase in which you present what you have explored and experienced. In Wednesday’s session, we’ll also explain what a showcase is and how to prepare for it.
Advanced students
The advanced students will get together to continue with the peer-to-peer learning, with room for discussing the topic of values together, ask and get peer input and feedback on matters or struggles they run into.
