Programme of May 22nd

How can we reduce the CO2 emission of the students of NHL Stenden?

This is the question for tomorrow. NHL Stenden students have to travel abroad a lot for their studies. All this traveling creates a lot of CO2, and that’s a problem. So NHL Stenden wants to find a solution and they want your help. They are looking for a way to compensate their CO2 emission.

There is also a guest lecture from Jörg Wenzel, who is doing research in the interaction between people and machines. He estimates that this interaction has an impact on tourism. He also examines the effect of virtual reality for helping organisations to make tourism consumption more sustainable.
