Value driven behaviour – what motivates you? And how to regulate a tricky conversation? (April 19)

The purpose of this session is to gain basic knowledge of the pillar value driven behavior.

In the session of 19 April, X-Honours’ alumna Jildou Smilda is joining. She will lead a discussion with the community about climate change and anxiety; a topic that is close to her heart. She will also share her own experiences about the X-Honours programme and you can ask her all your questions.

During the session the onboarding students will also elaborate on their own motivators. As an onboarding student you will visualize what is important for you: For what reasons do you get up in the morning? Therefore, you will create your own Pecha Kucha, which you can use for your portfolio.

Advanced students will continue with an inspiring workshop about transactional analyses, a method to regulate discussions and the behavior of yourself and your discussion partner, especially in tricky conversations. Also, you will continue setting up and working on your projects.

As we will work on our Pecha Kucha and portfolio, do bring your laptop with you! And don’t forget your X-Honours’ notebook to journal about the insights you take along from this session.
